Regional Director
Adell Brown, Jr. is the immediate past president of the Greater Baton Rouge National Pan Hellenic Council. Brown is also an active member of the Omicron Beta Sigma Chapter, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. During his tenure in Sigma he has served in numerous leadership capacities to include President, Director of Education, and Membership Intake Coordinator. Brown has served in several leadership positions in local, state, and national civic and professional organizations, to include: Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce, Capitol Area Safety Council, Capitol Area Red Cross, Gloryland Community Development Corporation, Heifer Project International, Southern Regional Risk Management Council and National Research and Extension Legislative and Budget Council, Louisiana Task Force on African Trade, Finance and Development; and Louisiana Housing Finance Agency. Professionally, he is employed with the Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center as Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration. Brown is married to Doris Brown who also serves on the executive committee of the Greater Baton Rouge National Pan Hellenic Council where she represents the Baton Rouge Delta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Brown has three daughters and one grandson.

1st Vice Regional Director
Ardren Jones is a graduate from University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff . He was initiated into the Gamma Delta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. in October 1981 at UAPB, and graduated with a BA degree in Gerontology/Social Work. Ardren is presently a member of the Pi Lambda Graduate Chapter in Little Rock , AR and has served the brotherhood in several leadership positions. Ardren has been a part of the Little Rock Pan-Hellenic Council for several years, and served as council President in 2004 when Little Rock hosted the 21st Southwestern Regional NPHC Conference. Ardren is employed as a Claims Representative for the Social Security Administration in North Little Rock , AR and has worked for the agency since 1985.

Tiffany Turner is currently a undergraduate at Southern Methodist University in Dallas majoring in Marketing and minoring in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs. Greek Turner is a member of and serves as Vice President of the Nu Iota Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Tiffany currently serves as the President of the NPHC at SMU. Additionally, Tiffany is active in the National Association of Black Accountants, Sisters Supporting Sisters, and SMU Consultants.

Regional Secretary
Felice Sanders became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. in the spring of 1992 through the Chi Delta Chapter at Texas Woman's University. Since that time she has been continuously active with the sisterhood. She has been a member of the Kappa Zeta chapter for over ten years where she served in many leadership capacities including, 2nd Vice President, Historian, and Trustee. In October of 2005, Felice became a charter member and president of the Upsilon Nu Zeta chapter. While working with the sorority, Dr. Sanders also became very active with the Dallas Council of the NPHC. In the Dallas Council she has served as 1st Vice President, Financial Secretary, and Historian. On the regional level she served in the position of Historian. Felice is currently employed as a Media Specialist with the Dallas Independent School District .

Regional Treasurer
Jermaine Watson, a native of Ville Platte, LA, has been in Baton Rouge since 1993; he considers Baton Rouge to be a resting point in his future endeavors. Prior to being employed for the Chamber of Greater Baton Rouge, Mr. Watson was the manager of the LSU African American Cultural Center for nearly four years, and developed his passion for student development. Currently, Mr. Watson continues to inspire and enrich the lives of students by serving as the program director for the Chamber's Teens As Leaders program. Watson holds a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Political Communications from LSU. While at LSU, he became a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. ( Nu Psi Chapter), and served in a host of other campus and community organizations. He serves as the advisor to the Nu Psi Chapter, Mentoring Chair for his alumni chapter (Xi Nu Lambda), 2nd Vice President for The Greater Baton Rouge Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. and participates in a number of other organizations and community projects.

Immediate Past Regional Director
Candice E. Wicks a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Dallas Alumnae Chapter, served as Regional Director from 1998-2000 and 2002-2006. Greek Wicks is a Diamond Life Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. As a member of Dallas Alumnae Chapter she has served as Sergeant-At-Arms, Ombudsman and continues to serve on several committees. Greek Wicks is a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society. Wicks have been very active with the Dallas council of the NPHC, where she has served as President, Vice-President and Parliamentarian. Other honors include Past 2 nd Vice-President of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women-Dallas Huston-Tillotson Alumni, and have received the Citation for Outstanding Greek Leadership and Public Service from the National Interfraternal Council. She is a 1989 graduate from Huston-Tillotson College , a 1999 graduate from Texas Women's University. Greek Wicks has been an educator with the Dallas Independent School District for over 16 years and currently employed as with the Erasmo Seguin Learning Center in Dallas .

Regional Historian
Christopher “Chris” J. Rogers became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. in November 1995 through the Omicron Beta Sigma Chapter in Baton Rouge, LA. As an active member of Omicron Beta Sigma Chapter, Chris has served as the chapter's Director of Education, Vice President and has been chapter Secretary for the past six years. For the past two years, Chris serves as the chapter's liaison to the Greater Baton Rouge Council of the NPHC. During this time, he has served on several committees and has been the council's Co-Editor and Audio/Visual Consultant and Logistics Officer. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Art degrees in Mass Communications from Southern University and a Masters of Library and Information Science degree from Louisiana State University. Greek Rogers is currently employed as the Director of Technology and Communication Services with the Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center. He is also an entrepreneur and the CEO of Rogers Multimedia Works, LLC., a media consulting company.

State C oordinator - Oklahoma
John D. Veal, Jr., Lawton-Fort Sill NPHC, is a member of the Psi Upsilon, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in Lawton , Oklahoma . He has served as Basileus, Keeper of Records and Seal, Keeper of Finance and chaired a variety of committees in the Chapter. He is also very active with the Lawton-Fort Sill Pan Hellenic Council having served as Vice-President, Secretary and Scholarship Chair. He is currently the Director of Public Relations for the Ninth District, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Mr. Veal was selected as the Ninth District Omega Man of the Year for 2005. He received his MBA from Oklahoma City University and also has BS Degrees from the University of Maryland and Cameron University . He is employed with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service as the Defense Military Pay Officer at Fort Sill, OK. He resides in Lawton with his wife, Ginger and two children, Tiffani and John III.

Rena Williams is the Immediate Past SWNPHC Regional Secretary and Protocol Chair. She is also the Immediate Past President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. of Dallas where she currently serves as a member of the Dallas Pan Advisory Board and Chair of the Nominating Committee. Greek Williams is a very active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she has served dutifully in many capacities to include: president, financial secretary, graduate advisor, and secretary and on many committees including membership, finance, protocol, public relations, and regional and national conference steering committees on the local, regional, and national levels. Rena was initiated into Iota Kappa Chapter at the University of Southern Mississippi , Fall 1987. She is a charter member and a past President of Tau Rho Omega Chapter where she is currently active.
Rena gives her service to several other community organizations and is a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Hamilton Park in Dallas . Professionally, Greek Williams has over 16 years of experience in Information Technology with Electronic Data Systems, Corporation in the Dallas , TX . She is currently an Advanced Project Manager in Training Development and has assumed many positions of leadership with large matrix teams, technical application delivery, organization management, financial management, software implementations, change management, project management, client relations, service level administration, and personnel management. Rena is also an entrepreneur and the CEO of Media Related, a branding marketing company.
Greek Williams is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg , MS where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management Information Systems. She attained a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Strategy. Rena is currently a Doctorate of Management candidate in Organizational Leadership.
